The quality of what lives in our awareness is determined by our state of attention, or mindfulness. Meaning, in this sense, is cultivated not merely consumed.
I believe humans are responsible for 'listening the world into wholeness.' The process I call Sonica Circles is designed for individuals who want to delve deeper into human communication and better understand the multiple ways that we may engage and create together. Sonica Circles are designed to help us listen for how to employ verbal and non-verbal expressions in areas such as mindful meaningful connections in a world of distractions.
