Sonica Communications

Sonica Communications is composed of a team of gifted facilitators trained in an integrated approach to individual and group communication. Depending on the client's need, we can assemble an ideal team of specialists to conduct longer or shorter sessions that incorporate imaginative yet pragmatic ways to explore important topics.

Some services include:

Facilitating organizational gatherings to solve problems, set goals, or envision new possibilities.
Conducting workshops for students and educators to draw out communication skills and deep listening practices.
Mentoring team leaders or managers through a mindful approach to coaching and goal setting.
Hosting peer support circles for individuals dealing with everything from bereavement issues to resolving conflict peacefully.
Providing keynote addresses and public forums on the benefits of mindful communication practices.
Integrating an expressive arts component into conferences.
Hosting cross-cultural conversations that lessen or dissolve divisive factors - cultural stereotypes, religious differences, historical animosities, etc.
Teaching creative thinking through the expressive arts.
